Dermot Murtagh

Dermot Michael Murtagh, having been born of full Irish parents, whose ancestry goes beyond the known, has been proudly a resident of the Waikato for 35 years, with involvement in various voluntary organisations, which include St Johns and Judo.

Dermot is a founding member of the New Zealand Mortgage Brokers Association, and has had twenty years experience as a mortgage broker, following a successful banking career.

Having had family bereavement as a result of both suicide and mental illness, Dermot has offered support for Whiti Te Ra Hou Trust on a voluntary basis.
